Kays. All members of the crack-pot team are hereby given permission to make fun of me. Got my schedule (I have drama, choir, civics, and geom this semester) and I go to orientation tonight. Gonna be weird, not having the bunch around to sit with and make faces at the principal when he's not looking. Why is it I always leave the school right when the crappy principals leave? I got out of middle school just as the principal there (oh, god...I can't remember his name....I swear he was gay, though *gasp*), and then Gardenheir (how do you spell it???? !) leaves. Gah...

I wanna take a notebook to doodle on, too. Probably get in trouble for doodling while I'm supposed to be listening, but...*shrug*...I can't help it, okay?!?! I have to draw the designs for the Elemental's tattoos. Enki, Twigg, Phoenix, Zephyr - whatever you call him, depending on the season. Right now he's Phoenix (not in the story, it's still winter in that so he's still Enki that makes no sense to strangers, does it? ), and Phoenix needs me to design the tattoos that are around his neck, wrists, and ankles. If I ever get tattoos, it'll be the Elemental's tattoos. ^^ hehehe But I dun know if I'd ever do something like that....

'Kay, I'm shutting up....Laaji and Phoenix are throwing things at each other....*sigh* BEHAVE, YOU TWO!! DON'T THROW RAZZA AT LAAJI!! *whines* Stephanie, heeeeeeelp!! Yeah. I've lost my sanity. No, wait...can't lose something you didn't have in the first place, can you?

Ehehe....I've kinda, um...been gone a while, haven't I? ^^; Sorry...

Okay, okay...updates:

1) Got the magazine. Submitted my short story on Friday. I have a 2-3 month wait to see if I get a rejection slip or my first publication. Keep your fingers crossed for me, would you, guys?

2) Got Howl's Moving Castle (the book) the day that we left for Cali (that would be the day after my last entry). My parents had bought it and gave it to me about an hour after we left. I was kinda...um...pouting in the backseat...^^; hahaha I read the book all the way to Arizona, and then again that night. Took me just that one day....Got to go see the movie, too. Majorly different from the book, but it was still good. Great slime scene!! haha!

3) Got to stupid braces. Got the stupid braces. I hate them. I hate them, I hate them....I said I hate them, didn't I? *cries* I'll get pictures up on my CC profile later...

4) New novel idea...whee. *pouts* I did the freakin' outline and I'm STILL stuck....psh...go figure.... It's cuz I need a break...maybe I could practice my artwork instead. Believe it or not (don't, trust me ) I actually drew a person that didn't look all deformed....I threw the pic away though... Didn't like the tattoo I'd put on the girl's face...*bleck*

5) Music. One--don't diss the White Stripes, got it? I like Blue Orchid, so SSHH! Seether--don't diss them either. Remedy is a freakin' cool song. The Clincher, by Chevelle: cool song. Make a Move by Incubus: another cool song. Love Incubus. Swing Life Away by Rise Against: ANOTHER freakin' good song. Miggy, you should be struck down for disliking it hahaha Speed of Sound by Coldplay: good song, but played waaaaay too much. I'm sick of it already. Existentialism on Prom Night by Straylight Run: good song, too. Okay. I'm done now.

I haven't felt so sore since the actual crash. My whole back hurts and I can't do anything about it. Can't find the stupid heating pad thing-a-ma-jigger...ow ow ow...

I haven't gotten my trial version of that magazine yet, either. Gah...my mom makes fun of me when I go look for it in the mailbox. Yesterday was the worst, though I had myself all mellowed out, y'know, thinking that it wouldn't come. I opened the mailbox and saw a magazine, and got all excited...but when I pulled it out I saw it was my brother's Highlights magazine. Hmph...figures.

I wanna go see Howl's Moving Castle!!! And I can't!! And the stupid book won't be here in time for me to get it before I go to Cali!! *pouts* I tried to get my mom to take me to Barnes and Noble, but she can't; so I suggested that we go on the way to Cali, but I dunno if that'll work seeing as we're leaving at five in the morning Keep your fingers crossed that it gets here in two days instead of three....if that's the case it'll be here tomorrow *crosses fingers* Please oh please oh please oh please.....>.<

Wow...kinda funny, y'know, that a whole year has already passed. I don't mean to get all mushy on everybody, but I'm seriously going to cry tomorrow. It's not fair that two years rushed by like they did, and it's not fair that it's going to be so much harder to see everyone at Greenland. I guess that's life, huh? I mean, it's not fair that during those two years I've been away from the best friend a person could ever have (props to ya, Voodoo Lady ), some of the coolest brothers ever (Seb and Raul ) even if they are a little perverted sometimes... And one of the greatest guys I've ever been with (heck Tommy everybody knows who they are ).

*sigh* I did it anyway, didn't I? I got all mushy on everybody...gotta fix that . Okay--bets!! Who's going to break down and cry first tomorrow??? Rachael and I are betting that it'll be me, and Rachael thinks Miguel will hold out the longest. We also have a list of seven ppl we think will cry: Me, her, Marisa, Jessica, Justin, Miguel, and Melissa. Hahahahaha...good thing today doesn't count--I've already shed a few tears. Don't get me wrong, the photo album's got nothing but funnies in it, but I cried anyway...

Greenland kinda reminds me of El Centro...while I was in Cali, I couldn't wait to get out. I was tired of being told that I needed to speak Spanish to accomodate for the non-english speakers, tired of being a minority, and I wanted to go "home". Home at the time was Mississippi. (God, I don't ever want to go back there....) But when I got to Arkansas, I missed Stephanie. I missed the idea of getting to be a Southwest Eagle. Hell, I even asked mom if, when we ordered my class ring, it could say "SHS" on the side, but she said no, it would say Siloam Springs Panthers, or SSHS...

Steph I remember saying I wanted to be the mascot at SHS... Or be in drill or flag or something...I think flag would be best--that way you could help me. ^-^

*yawn* Man, I dunno how I'm going to make it through school tomorrow...I still haven't done my homework and it's almost 11:30...I guess I'll sign off now, then, so I can get my homework done before Full Metal Alchemist comes one. Y'know what? It's a good thing I don't have any tests tomorrow--I'm so tired...I'd flunk 'em and turn 'em in with drool all over...:S! !!

Okay, okay...due to interesting threats received via the unblocked email (), I have decided to post a new...erm...post. :S

I'll be offline for a good while, but during that time I'm going to have a FREAKIN' GREAT TIME IN CALI!!! Just a few more weeks, guys!! Ooooh, I can't wait!!

Okay, Critique Circle's being a butt, and taking its sweet time about working, so I figured I'd do a quick update.

First off: short story. I got five AMAZING critiques of it, so I'm working on the rewrite. *smirk* Wouldn't you know it? One simple explanation on Irian's part was all it took to clear up about six problems. *sigh* It figures...so I'll be fixing that, and Irian will explain to Dalyn (as well as the readers ), just to clear things up. Then it'll be off to get a rejection slip from a magazine editor. Sounds like fun, no? I'm actually looking forward to my first rejection slip. I mean, yeah, I'll be upset that they didn't want my story, but at least it's proof that I've tried. I mean, that article that I sent in was published, no questions asked. It felt like a gimme. *sigh* Ah, well...

Umm...okay! Puppy! Koda's doing great, and now, not only does he fetch, but if your voice is stern enough (and my "your" I mean "my". He only listens to me ), he'll sit, too. Poor baby...he has to go get his shots today. Hahahaha Mom's the one taking him--he's gonna loooove her, no? !

Uh....letsee....what else? Oh, I'm past my writer's block with my novel (Loki and Akiri), but I'm more involved in the short story for the time being. I had a really good scene planned out for Loki, but he's just gonna have to wait. Man, if characters could come to life, I'd be dead. Loki and Akiri would come after me with a vengeance for all the pain I've put them through--mentally as well as physically. ! Hahahahaha....

Hmm...you know what? I think that's about it. Chow!! Buh byes!!!

Heeeeeey!! God, haven't updated in a while, have I? That's my bad. I hate it when people say it like that...Ahhh, well....guess I better give updates on my life now then, too, huh? Aw, c'mon, you know that's the only reason you bother reading--you simply love me. Hahahaha We all know better than that.

Well, for starters, it's obvious that I'm hyper. Can't help it, I'm just like that today. Goin' to church tonight, too, and Rach is going home with me just long enough for the two of us to get picked up by the church van. Gonna have some fuuun toniiight!! YES!

Got a new puppy about two weeks back, too. He's sooo funny! But he barked at me this morning... I was pulling clothes out of the dryer so I could put MY clothes in it, and apparently I wasn't paying him enough attention, so I got barked at to put me back in my place. Hahahaha! I've spoiled him rotten, I'm afraid. He won't go to anyone but me and when he does, it's only for a short moment or two. He's a mama's boy. hahahaha...He's got a teddy bear, too (so that he feels like he's sleeping with his brothers and sisters, of course) but he chews it to bits. I got barked at for that, too. Koda doesn't like being teased (I held the bear JUST out of his reach hahahaha).

Umm...update on the braces thing: I DON'T have to have my tongue clipped (YES!!) but I do have to do excersises. Another pro: I might have braces for a shorter amount of time than first expected. At most, two years (ick), but at the least, maybe only nine months. So happy!! But the braces won't be put on until June 1st. *sigh* They'll be on when I go to Cali... (DO NOT TAKE THAT THE WRONG WAY!! *to people who know the people I'm going to see )

Uh...OH! And I finally got a short story written!! Spookster, you gotta get off my back about it now. So HA!

Okay, here you're going to see a side of me that I don't show often: the actual side that acts like a girl. Oh put your eyes back in your head, it's not that bad, just a quick touch on it. Nothing too unbearable, I promise.

Our whole weekend's pretty much booked, but believe it or not, I'm happy with it. Particularly because I've got an appointment to get my hair recolored. (see it's not THAT bad!! !) I finally decided what I'm gonna do: color it back to my natural dark-ish brown, and then the bottom layers of my hair I'm gonna color almost black. And I gotta get it cut, too. So to Miguel-and stop pointing out that I have split ends!! Nah, it's true-I DO have 'em

But that's after we go to the gym tomorrow. I'm not sore anymore and it's gotten easier to work out there, I'm not so jittery, but it's getting boring now. And there is NO WAY in h*ll that I'm gonna weightlift. Trust me on this one: it's NOT gonna happen. It's bad enough that I get strange looks for being in the gym when I'm only fourteen.

And uh...letsee I think we're supposed to be going to look at houses tomorrow, too. Turns out the farm thing didn't work out-no worries, Miguel, Freaky Eyes isn't moving to Siloam...erm...yet. Actually most of the houses we're looking at are in Siloam but yeah...can't do much about that. It's better than me moving to Kansas or something, where the houses are cheaper. Besides in a year I'll have my license and it'll be no worries.

Aaaand...oh, we ARE going to Aunt Brenda's this weekend for Easter. Oh well...I'd be more excited if I knew she was making peach turnover (YUM!!! ), or if I were getting my costume for the Faire. Heh, she hasn't even TOUCHED it yet. Ah well...hey I gtg my brothers severely need to be beat across the head. Buh byes
